Returns Policy

 

Physical Fine Art Products

 

All our physical art products are customised to order. This means that we craft each product to your exact specifications and for that reason we cannot accept returns for unwanted goods.

 

However, if there is any damage in transit, we will be happy to send you a replacement or provide a refund. For this to happen, just contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide evidence and description of the damage. We will need photos of the damage caused so we can proceed with your claim.

 

Our fine art products are extremely well packed and secured to ensure they are fully protected during transport, so you can be sure damage is very unlikely. In any case, if that happens, you can have complete peace of mind that your Fine Art piece will be replaced.

 

Digital Products

 

Returns are not possible on any of our Digital Products (e.g. Digital Downloads such as Lightroom Presets or Video Presets), as once delivered there is no way to retrieve them. In any case, we are very confident in the quality of these products and have sold thousands of them to extremely happy customers.
